Privacy Policy
Short version: when you request a quote, your details go to one local contractor so they can contact you about your enquiry, and to nobody else. We may be paid for the introduction. Your details are never sold to multiple companies.

Who we are
Teesside Blinds (teessideblinds.co.uk) is an advertising and introduction website operated by 360 Media Works Ltd (company number 12691769, VAT GB456484167), who is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. It is not the website of any blinds manufacturer or retailer. Contact for any privacy question: [email protected]. 360 Media Works Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number 00015071714.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), postcode, what you are enquiring about, and anything you add in the message box.
What we do with it
We use your details for one purpose: to arrange your quote. Your enquiry is passed to one independent local contractor covering your area, and they contact you about that enquiry. Depending on our arrangement at the time, that business either pays us a fee for the introduction, or rents this website and receives its enquiries directly. Either way your details go to one business only: they are not sold to multiple companies, added to marketing lists, or shared with anyone else.
Legal basis
Contract (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) for handling your enquiry; legitimate interests for site security and aggregated, non-identifying site measurement.
Analytics and cookies
Site measurement is cookieless and privacy-respecting: pages visited are counted, individual visitors are not tracked, and no advertising cookies are set.
Replies and quote updates may be sent from a different sending domain used by the operator for transactional email. It is the same enquiry, handled by the same people.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months to handle follow-ups and disputes, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email [email protected] to exercise any of these.
